My Story
I spent 30 years in Corporate America before I started this. Regional Vice President, Business Unit Director, Regional Sales Director - strategic planning, operations, talent development. What I did in every one of those roles was the same thing I do now: walk into a situation that wasn’t working, figure out what was actually going on, and build a plan to fix it.
Make Solutions Happen came out of that. I’d spent a career mentoring and guiding people, and starting my own practice was the natural next step. Today I work with founders and business owners, people in the middle of a transition, and people simply working through the times. The situations are different. The work is the same.

Meet Aqua
I’m a People Strategist / Certified Life Coach. That combination is the practice: I understand the business problem and the person carrying it, and most of the time those aren’t separate problems. People come to me when they’re stuck on something they can’t solve from inside it. Usually a relationship — a partner, a co-founder, someone they have to deal with and can’t figure out how. Sometimes a decision about what comes next. Often a list of important things that keeps not getting finished. I help work out the approach, and then I stay in it through the follow-through, not just the plan. All of my work is one on one. If something’s sitting in front of you, let’s talk about it
