Make Solutions Happen is an advisory and coaching practice. You bring what’s in front of you, and we work out the approach together - then I stay with you through the follow through, not just the plan. All of my work is one on one.
I work with people who are driven and have a lot going at once.
Some are running something - founders, owners, and executives with several things at once and more on the plate than one person can hold well. Some are in a transition, leaving one role or knowing it’s time for a change without knowing yet what it is. Some are simply working through something and want a thinking partner who will help them act on it.
The situations are different. The work is the same: figure out what’s exactly going on, build the approach, and stay in it through the part where it actually gets handled. You don’t need a company to work with me. You need something you’re trying to move.
