I am a visionary leader and Certified Life Coach who transitioned from a successful 30-year career in corporate America to pursue my passion for coaching and consulting. Founding my company, Make Solutions Happen, LLC, was a natural step, as I spent much of my life mentoring and guiding others. While I know stepping into entrepreneurship would come with challenges, I embraced it.

During my corporate tenure, I held executive positions such as Regional Vice President, Business Unit Director, and Regional Sales Director. My extensive expertise spans strategic planning, operations management, talent development, and customer service. Known for my exceptional leadership, I achieved measurable results in areas such as revenue growth, employee engagement, and organizational transformation.

Today, I bring the same drive, focus, and passion to my coaching practice. I specialize in helping individuals navigate personal growth, strengthen relationships, and manifesting their goals.
